The SC Magazine awards presented by AusCERT are being organised for the third year to recognise the professionals, organisations, services and products that daily defend Australia’s network borders.

Our expert judging panel of Australian security experts will convene over the coming months to weigh outstanding work from their peers, vendor and service providers across the nation.

We are very proud to run these awards in the lead up to the AusCERT2011 Conference, Australia’s premier event for the IT security community.

Last year, we saw the rise of managed, hosted and cloud services so for 2011 we are introducing a fresh award for this category.

Also this year we’re introducing the Emergent Awards to honour a broader range of professionals, products and solutions in this critical IT field.
